After announcing the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro series along with the new AirPods Pro 2nd Gen featuring a USB Type-C port, marking a departure from the familiar lightning port after 11 years, Apple has introduced a fresh set of wired EarPods equipped with USB-C. Additionally, they have launched a USB-C to Lightning adapter, ensuring compatibility with older accessories.
Adding to their lineup, Apple has unveiled the Thunderbolt 4 Pro cable, now available in a shorter one-meter variant, joining the existing 1.8m and 3m cables. This cable comes the same stylish black braided design and is designed for connecting the iPhone 15 Pro model to a Mac, offering faster data transfer capabilities since they support USB 3.1 data transfer speeds of up to 10 Gbps.
Furthermore, Apple has introduced the 240W USB-C Charge Cable (2m), capable of charging at up to 240 watts while also supporting data transfer at USB 2 rates. Additionally, they’ve launched the 60W USB-C to USB-C cable (1m), which offers USB 2.0 data transfer speeds.
