Realme GT 5 Pro: Triple Sony Cameras and Impressive Display
The upcoming Realme GT 5 Pro, set to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, has been making waves in the tech world. A recent leak provides insights into its camera setup and display specifications.
Camera Prowess: According to DigitalChatStation, the Realme GT 5 Pro is rumored to feature a trio of Sony sensors: the IMX966, IMX581, and IMX890.
The IMX966, a 50MP sensor, is expected to serve as the main camera. The IMX581, likely a 48MP sensor, could function as an ultrawide snapper, a role it played in the OnePlus 11. Lastly, the 50MP IMX890, previously seen in the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro and Nothing Phone (2), might find its place as a telephoto shooter. These sensors are anticipated to be housed on a circular camera island.
Dazzling Display: The Realme GT 5 Pro’s display is rumoured to be a standout feature, boasting a 1220p (1.5K) pixel resolution. This display, likely AMOLED, measures around 6.82 inches diagonally and offers a silky smooth 144Hz refresh rate.
Under the Hood: The device will be Realme’s first to harness the power of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, complemented by an innovative heat dissipation mechanism.
It’s expected to come with a generous 24GB of LPDDR5x RAM and a spacious 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. Keeping the GT 5 Pro going is a robust 5,400mAh battery, supporting both 100W fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
Software Sophistication: Realme GT 5 Pro is likely to run on Realme UI 5, built on the foundations of Android 14.
Tech enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting further details as the launch date approaches, which could fall in November or December. Realme has started unraveling the features of the GT 5 Pro, and it’s creating quite a buzz in the smartphone arena.
